Norris is typically very good, but one receptionist is extremely rude. She cut me off every time I started speaking and trying to explain the issue. She just kept saying irrelevant things and not listening. She refused to schedule an appointment over the phone despite that being how you schedule an appointment. She kept telling me to go to a website that doesn't even exist, every time I typed it in it kept saying webpage not found.
