I've been having problems with right knee for over 3 years, decided to get it replaced.
Doctor listened and we discussed options and he gave recommendations. I appreciated him talking to me And not just shoving me off
Dr. Norris and staff were courteous and concerned in my issue, his assessment and treatment fast, efficient and professional. Excellent physician and staff!

Dr. Norris was very professional. He clearly explained what my MRI showed and why I was still having pain even after no weight bearing for 5 weeks. He explained I needed to see a foot and ankle specialist and helped set up the appointment. I feel he has always had my health in mind when I see him.
