This office is very unprofessional and unhelpful. I am a dental assistant of 15 years and I was referred by my doctor so I was expecting a good experience but it was far from it. It was obvious that they were just money hungry and were just looking out for themselves. I tried to contact the doctor for a while and never received a response, I wrote an email to the doctor and waited 2 weeks then eventually called the doctor on her Phone line, I found out she read the email but just chose not to respond. Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a great staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. !

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
