Dr. Noronha has taken extremely great care of me for several years. She may be a bit behind schedule at times as someone else stated, however, she doesn’t rush through my appointment to make up the time. I also understand that a patient may have problems that take additional time. Dr Noronha is habitual late seeing patients. I have waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. She is continually typing on her computer doesn’t look at you. She acts like she doesn’t care what you’re saying. The worst thing she did was put me on a medication and when the medicine changed how it was packaged she increased the dosage by 3 times. I contacted her and she said to cut the dosage in half. But I told her there was no way to calculate that dosage due to the way it was administered. I was very sick for 3 weeks with ... read more

You never get to talk to a real person!! They tell you the Care Coordinator will be with you shortly and we appreciate your patience but no one ever comes on! Very irritating!!! I've tried 10+ times.
