We just bought our first RV from Norm's. They were wonderful. Friendly and very helpful staff. Norm gave us a wealth of information about RVing. We live out of the area, but they made everything work so easily. Picked it up today and Carl spent the entire day with us. Was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice.
Norm is awesome. He always remembers our name even if it's been a while and we are just browsing. He is so full of info.
