We didnt have a good night, service was bad. We waited around to be seated and the restaurant was pretty empty. Food was ok it just wasn't there night.

This my hometown Norm's and normally they are spot on however tonight there must have been something up because it wasnt the normal consistancy I'm used to. There always another time, we will be back.
Hmm. This is not the same Norms as long time ago. They don't make slight adjustments to your order (even if we paid a bit extra). What happened to going above & beyond to make your customer happy? Everyone here seems unfriendly and up tight. I miss the former manager here, Beverly. She was so good at managing and morale.
