Today October 12th We chose Whittier’s Norms; Quieter than Pico, farther from the street noise. Been going there for over 30 years. What happened? No management? No service? Understaffed ? We know the pandemic has affected everything. They were not even busy. Cold food, cold eggs, tiny dime size margarine, slow server, by the time he returned with more butter, the muffins were as cold as my drink. Cold steak.
