Well like i say in my previous review the customer service with long time waitress Martha and Bianca are excellent one thing for sure I cask in my birthday coupon for free hotcakes or free cheese cake only bad part dont'put strawberry on cheese cake not everybody into that I score cheesecake this year that only thing that bother me don't put strawberry syrup on it not cool man food is good coffee is hot huge shout to Martha Bianca and rest of Downey staff at this Norms restaurant least music system improved they still painin... read more

KAYLA HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVER IN THIS RESTAURANT SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE SUPER GREAT MULTITASKER DIDNT FORGET ANYTHING MY FOOD WAS COOKED GREAT SHE GOT MY ORDER PERFECT! I USED TO WORK AT NORMS SO I APPLAUD HER 👏
