This was a excellent decision. Flew in to LaX where Norm was promptly waiting with a sign with our name and found us easily. After he loaded the luggage (he was parked right in front), we had him stop off at the store to buy a few things which wasn’t a problem at all. He found us a nice place with plenty of selection. He quickly got us to our hotel and had us checked in and our luggage moved to our suite. Full Service and Next level Professionalism with courtesy and a great smile. Thanks Again
