As background, I purchased a 0.5hp Little Giant submersible pump form Norm's in February 2024, which I installed one week later. The pump failed in December 2025, but I was unable to pull the pump and line until this week due to the freezing temperatures. During this time, I used a rented 2400l tank and supplementary pump to supply water. The pump's selling price was approx. $900 and carried a 12 month warranty! Amazing. All other plumbing suppliers in PTBO did not have the brass fittings we needed for our pressure tank. Norms had it all! Guys are pretty nice at counter. Prices for fittings not bad at all.
Impeccable customer service. They are interested in your project and genuinely want to help.
These folks have been awesome. I have been in 3 times with questions or trying to replace a part for some DIY work around the house. They have not only been able to find parts that other stores didn't have but also gave me some good advice. Strong recommendation from me.
