Very helpful. Tried finding a fitting for a refrigerator water supply. It was labeled wrong in manual. They knew exactly what I needed. Exceeding expectations by sending me fittings to simplify , not needing to shut off water. I was thrilled, and all handled by phone.Thanks to Norms team.
