I was building a house so I needed to get stuff for 3 bathrooms. It was way out of my comfort zone so thankfully Amber took control and weeded out what we didn't need, recommended different tubs, faucets, toilets, vanities, toilet paper holders, towel racks, sinks, also got our kitchen faucet here too. Amber ordered everything in and it was ready when our contractor needed it. Great personalized service, locally owned, great prices. Amber also will explain the Moen guarantee, total win win for the customer.

As background, I purchased a 0.5hp Little Giant submersible pump form Norm's in February 2024, which I installed one week later. The pump failed in December 2025, but I was unable to pull the pump and line until this week due to the freezing temperatures. During this time, I used a rented 2400l tank and supplementary pump to supply water. The pump's selling price was approx. $900 and carried a 12 month warranty!
