Norma definitely DOES NOT do good business and she is not a good jeweler! What we asked and paid for (a football 🏈 pendant) and what we got were two different things. Then she made some name plates for my son. He lost one so we go back to her to get it replaced and she can’t even make the replacement right. After two attempts with the earrings and a failed mission on the pendant we went elsewhere. Unbelievable! Norma is definitely not who I would recommend for any of your jewelry concerns and/or needs. Norma sold me a fake chain that I purchased for my sons birthday I am in the process of suing her right now please be aware of all the dirty things she’s doing to people it’s been all over fb that she’s selling fake jewelry and she takes people real diamonds out of their jewelry when they drop it off to be fixed
I live in Georgia, I dropped of my bracelet on 12/21 to get it repaired. I was told it would be ready to be picked up the next day on my birthday. When I went back Norma told me it was not ready and to come back the next day. I told her I was in from out of town and would leaving back out Tuesday morning. She promised to have it fixed the next day. I went back on the 23rd and she could not find my bracelet anywhere!!! Asked for my number and said she would call when she found it.
