Norma gave me my first hair cut. Did my hair for my prom. Drove 7 hours to do my hair for my wedding in Williamsburg, Va. Now I am married living in Clarksburg, Wv, 2 hours away, and once a month religiously I have an apt at Norma's Hair Salon. Norma's is obviously the best in the area!
