They were very busy and the service was still great! Our waitress was slammed, but still did a great job. Our food came out much quicker than we expected and it was fantastic. Cool place on Historic Route 66. Great place to take the family.
Everyone was really nice! Good service, and I thought the food was amazing, which I was kinda surprised about! Would recommend
Horrible experience there. Didnt even get to try the food. Came in with my family and was told that there wasnt a place for us to put our 4 mobth old baby. Very sad i will never go back.

Mr. Dukeman, as father of an 11 month old I understand your frustration, but unfortunately the issue was where you wanted to sit it was not possible to add a highchair. Not only would it have been a fire issue, as the server stated it would have been a safety issue as well. I apologize for the miscommunication, hope you give us another try.
This is my granddaughter's favorite place to eat with her Memaw! She fell in love with this place! It will always be where I take Lacey to eat when I come to Joplin! I LOVE Norma's! Very good food! If you haven't tried it, you need to!
We....the family and I.......like it. Close by and easy to get to.
