went there with my service dog was refused service tried to show paper work proving she is a service animal was told they don't care if you not a regular they don't care about you will never go there again the one on main in Joplin is not connected to the one in ks or the old one in Webb city

Norma's is very near and dear to me.. Not only has this been my home for Greek breakfast for many years but it's also where we announced to our parents that they would be becoming grandparents nearly 4 years ago, calibrated birthdays, and met/made new/old friends. All of this while receiving family style service and delicious food. If it's your first visit, it definitely won't be your last.. Norma's can't be beat!
The food is normally good. But I ordered 2 Gos breakfast to go. My sausage was over cooked and hard.the hashbrowns were tough to eat. I was trying to find something soft that I could eat.i had my tonsils out. It was busy up there. I wont be comming back for a while. Sorry guys

I was here with my 2 boys and they loved the pancakes.i order veggie omelet was very good ,�definitely coming back �
RecommendedWe have been in Joplin since October 2011 and Norma's is my favorite coffee shop. Food is always great and the service is also great. Always pleasant and courteous, and always ready to top off your coffee, Hardly ever have to ask for refill. The meals and portions are more than ample, try them. :)
