I can say these people are money hungry. I am in a situation and need this part because the vehicle went out and has just been sitting. Mind you, I am over 10 hrs away and this is the only location I can get the part. She could not tell me how many miles is on the transmission or nothing but it’s on a car that is 30 years old.. I asked if I can get this part a bit cheaper being I have to pay someone to bring me and travel expenses of gas. She told me,”No, she would not even offer to take off $1 🙄

Good experience. I met the owner and she(Yes, you heard me correct, lady owned) was always professional and courteous on the phone as well as in person. I’m gonna give her a 5 because she ended up giving me an extra $5 off the price BUT she did forget to call me back about the couple little nick nack parts I needed prices on for my 99 Chevy Lumina. The parts for my car are getting limited but she had what I needed that day. She was slammed when I was there as always
