Ruined my purse. Manager said he would call and never did. Extremely disappointed.

Although some of the employees are pleasant and helpful, the older lady there was extremely rude to my pregnant wife, refused to provide the information or the owner saying they're never there, and complaining that we were making big demands when we asked for our clothes to be returned in 4 days, despite their offering one-day turnaround. I would highly recommend against using this establishment.

Absolutely rude staff, the old lady was raising her voice at me because I asked if they could get the clothes done by late Friday, and I brought it on Tuesday morning which was almost 4 days away…. I am 8 months pregnant and had to listen to her angriness and complaints towards me for absolutely no reason. When I asked if I can talk to the owner, she said I can never talk to the owner, and that the owner will not help. That was an absolutely sad, disrespectful and outrageous treatment which is hard to believe could happen.
