i have used carpet cleaning services for many years, and i never fully understood true quality and value until i worked with this team. They have cleaned my home carpets more than once, and the results have been outstanding every time. I got a quote through Yelp for carpet cleaning to get our home ready as a rental. Norman's Carpet Cleaning Service gave us a rough estimate based on the details of the job, and the final total matched closely. We needed carpet cleaning right away, so I called and left a message on a Sunday afternoon. I expected to hear back later in the week, but they returned my call within the hour and scheduled the service just two days later. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. They sent clear appointment reminders, and Jonah called ahead to confirm he would be arriving soon. He showed up right on time, was very polite, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. The rooms looked fresh, the carpet felt much c... read more

This carpet cleaning company did an excellent job with my rug cleaning. The service was very thorough, and Samuel was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. He made the whole experience feel personal and focused on quality care, not just a simple transaction. I also really appreciated how quickly they responded when I called about having my rugs cleaned. They were able to arrange prompt pickup, which made the process very convenient. When the rugs were returned, Samuel took the time to explain the cleaning process an... read more

He explained what was happening with the carpet, pointed out the areas that needed extra attention, and walked me through the cleaning process in a simple way. He was prompt, polite, and very patient, even taking a moment to answer my child’s question. The carpet cleaning turned out amazing. My carpets looked fresh, felt soft, and smelled ver... read more
