This is my first time leaving a review, but I wanted to share how impressed I was with the carpet cleaning service. The staff member, Samuel, was straightforward, helpful, and answered all my questions as a first-time customer looking to clean my Turkish wool area rug. The price was reasonable for the detailed job they did. I feel confident my rug will stay in great shape, and I’ll definitely use them again for regular carpet cleanings and for my other rugs in the future.
We recently had our heirloom oriental rugs cleaned and restored, and we’re very happy with the results. Although there was a bit of a wait due to their busy schedule, it was clearly because they are in high demand for good reason. erick was so knowledgeable and really knows his stuff when it comes to carpet cleaning. we had him clean our carpets and the results were fantastic. he is kind, polite, and pays close attention to detail. scheduling was handled by samuel, who made sure everything fit our schedule and was very helpful and friendly. it’s great to work with people who care and take pride in their work. we’ll definitely have them back for our carpet cleaning needs, and i recommend them to anyone looking for spotless floors!
