Jonah is always honest and fair, does a great job with spot removal, and never suggests cleaning areas that don’t need it. I was very impressed with Norman's Carpet Cleaning Service! They did an excellent job getting my carpets cleaned. Jonah was the technician who came to my home in Arlington—he was very professional, knew a lot about carpets and floors, and explained the whole cleaning process before starting. The products used are also safe for pets, which is great. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment until the job was finished, the customer service was wonderful. My carpets look so clean!
