i highly recommend Norman's Carpet Cleaning Service for any carpet or upholstery cleaning you need. my older pets had some accidents on the carpet, but erick was able to get the stains out with no problem. he kept in touch when he saw he might be late and let me choose if i wanted to reschedule or keep the later time. i really appreciated how respectful he was of my time. erick was very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job! i will definitely use their carpet cleaning again in the future.
