When I first moved into the apartments they were all inclusive. In the past two years they have not only raised the rent twice, but have also begun to charge for all utilities separately. This includes not only utilities but separate administrative fees that I have never seen charged by apartment complexes. Business cannot be that bad as they have just added a cobblestone parking lot in front of the offices. It would be nice if they spent the money on securing the property as most of the gates do not lock when closed.

I live in the apartments now Im very pleased with the way they handle things.
They suck!!! I loved it the first year and now its horrible!!! The box at the gate has been broken over a month going on two! I have to carry my kids around the whole complex just to get into my home! Today my dishwasher acted up! water is everywhere and according to jorge the maintance guy it can wait until tomorrow what an idiot! grrrr... I am so mad right now I cant wait to get the hell out of here! STAY AWAY!! This apartment has far too many issues. Most of the issues are due to management. Please find another location for you and your family.
Ive been at Normandy wood apartments for 6months now. Honestly its true if you call to fix something or have a problem it takes forever or sometimes they dont fix it. They patch things up instead of trying to fix it correctly. Safety is good and yes they have a sheriff that stays in the apartment I would know because he is my neighbor. The parking is bad if you are not in the house by 9:00pm then you will have to park to the other side of the apartment. these apartments are ok... they do have alot of problems though that management doesnt bother with. There were alot of leaks in the apt. Alot of cracks they just patch up they like to just cover up the problem. They had a pipe bust in the walls and they blamed us that the water was slashing out of the bathtub so it was because of us. There is never enough parking. No security they say they live in the apt. but they just live here they dont do anything.
