Lived here for around 2 years and there’s both pros and cons to this complex. I primarily picked this place because it was close to my job and was pet friendly. The pros are that the maintenance man Manny is fantastic and is always around getting to know the residents and has helped with a couple electrical issues I had with my apartment. I’ve never had such a great experience renting an apartment as I did with Normandy Village. The entire process was easy, fast, and best of all stress free! And that’s all thanks to the property manager, Stephen, who is AWESOME. He was responsive, helpful, professional, kind - all the things. As for the property itself, the grounds are clean and very well maintained, not to mention in a great location, and my apartment is beautiful.
