I have been a member here since shortly after it opened. It was a special, roomy place with a variety of people. The lay out made it possible to undertake functional, high-intensity movements: some olympic lifting, some light gymnastics, even a sled push. Sadly, that is now gone. It is now a place to go if you like to sit on machines. This is really a bummer for me.
Excellent Silver Sneakers classes that are constantly growing because they're exactly what many seniors need. Thank you, Rachael Dial.
Clean facility. Not as busy as the big gym's. Very functional! Good layout, showers and towels available. I've never done any of the classes. Heard good reviews though!
Good gym, affordable, very good classes and nice people. Love the RPM and Body pump classes.
