Seems they want you in and out as fast as possible...the dryer system is to short you leave with more water in the vehicle then wanted. Vacuum system lack's power

Do not go to this place. They do not want to be held responsible for the damage caused by their carwash and they claim that they will not repair cars that are more than 5 years old. Which is a stupid thing to say for a 2013 car, and having acknowledged that it was the carwash that damaged my car.
