First time I had no issue, it was the 2nd time that I had a problem. I felt uncomfortable getting too close to the car in front but the worker kept instructing me to keep going forward. At the end of the wash the car in front didn't move so we ended up hitting them because they stayed at the exit of the tunnel and my car kept getting pushed out, they immediately took off. The car wash scratched the hood of my brand new truck scratched my grill and when I asked the manager he said make a claim and then I was denied because it looked like I go off-roading … I’ve never used my truck for anything other than the city going to finish my monthly membership and never coming back again the machines are always under maintenance only half of the vacuums ever work
