I have really had a good experience at this place. The manager Donna has been extremely helpful to me and helped me get into a bigger apartment for me and my son. She is trying to clean it up and it shows. Donna has been helpful with all of my needs and maintenance has fixed my things that have broken in a decent time manner and I haven’t had any issues. Also I am a single mother with a son and I am feeling alot safer with the things she is doing to clean it up and I am very thankful to her and the staff
We currently have some one and two bedroom units available. Come by the office located at 630 23rd Street and pick up the application so you can get your name on the waitlist. The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 9:00 to 5:00. We look forward to meeting with you and answer any questions you may have!
The new manager named Donna is absolutely terrible in my opinion. She has decided that I have an attitude and she does not like it and has tried to evict me multiple times and every time she is unable to, because I always comply with her demands. Today, as I tried to clarify and ask questions about the new reason she has come up with to evict me she called the police on me because she did not like my questions and my statement that I suspect that she lacks emotional intelligence That is needed for her job.
