They manage my rental property and they are doing great job. I am happy with the service as it is headache-free for me, managing tenants, fixing broken items and providing financials.
Very rude when you’re moving, will get all of your money for damages you haven’t even done. Will charge you for a piece of hair in the drawer. Will charge you per foot for the window cleaning. Definitely won’t be renting from them again.
