While I like Dr. Martin, I am disappointed in the work done by their lab on my glasses. I spent over $600 on new glasses in April, then needed left cataract surgery which necessitates getting a new left lens in December. Took the glasses in Dec 20 since I had already paid the deductible and was told there would be no charge since I had them less than a year. Fantastic! January 2 I still had not heard from them so called and was told the invoice was voided and I would need to pay for the lens...they had not bothered to inform... read more
The doctor seemed to know what he was doing but they should do way more to actually include you in your own care. I had to drag information out of them about my OWN eyesight. Most importantly, during my eye tests the doctor did not respect my personal space. The more I scooted away (keep in mind, stuck in an examination chair), the closer he got to me, legs full spread.
