Had a great experience today getting my mom, a teacher from Tulsa, an Oklahoma plaque with a quirky “Being a Teacher” saying on it. She is absolutely in love with it and the quality is fantastic. Great customer service and just overall a place that I want to come in if not to shop, but to chat with whoever is at the counter. Definitely recommending it to friends and encouraging to shop locally � Thank you!
I'm very pleased with my order. They did a quality job and had good customer service. Only thing is they said my order would be ready in 1-4 days. I called a week from the day I ordered it and the associate said he was working on my order "right now". So instead of it being ready in just a couple days, it wasn't worked on till 7 days later. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, this order was made right before new years and I saw a ton of completed orders behind the counter so I can imagine they were pretty busy. Bill went above & beyond too in grave a Yeti at the last minute Monday. Amazing Customer Service... They also have some great gift ideals for the holidays, but local.
We love this place! Small town atmosphere with amazing customer service! They did everything they could to accommodate! I would recommend this place for personalized Christmas gifts!
