A great little local tavern On a recent trip to Napa, my husband and I had the pleasure of dinning at Norman Rose. We knew it was good when we walked in at 6:00pm and the place was packed! We were originally told it would be about a 20 min. wait, but were then seated right away. I had the Fish and Chips. We both agreed it was the best we'd ever had. It was so light and flavorful.
