I have been a member of this gym for 12 years now. Great facility, clean and plenty of weights and equipments. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscles or gain strength this gym has it all. They also have heavy bags which is a plus, also coach JR is awesome! 5 stars!

Getting fit enjoying healthy lifestyle
I got bullied out of this gym by a clique of pathetic bullies. I made many friends and the instructors of the classes were great ..but don't waste your time. They gave out my personal info and name without my consent to HATERS who were literally picking on me FOR NO REASON, including a staff member...probably racist AND sexist with NO LIFE BULLY CLUB. I mind my own business but some gym attendees were incapable of leaving me alone. Will go elsewhere. The equipment is lacking here anyway.
