I had to have some testing done I got there a little bit early still didn't have to wait everything was explained early Norman regional 9 is definitely my go-to place for medicine
I didn't even go to this place. I called to make sure they took my insurance. I got to registration, talked to I believe he said his name was Mark? I asked if they took *my insurance*. He said and i quote "we'll see you no matter what you have." Slight pause "okay?" Then he hung up. I'm sorry, but I'll go somewhere else that I know takes my insurance vs paying an outrageous bill.
The person who performed my MRI had exceptional communication skills and was very understanding of my fear of claustrophobia. My scan went smoothly, and I felt safe, valued as a person, and heard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I had only an ordered chest XRay at this facility. The staff and quickness of visit gets 5 stars. I would never recommend anyone to send their loved ones to NRH if they want to receive good care.
