The nurse we received care from or lack of for better word was Mandy. Worst bedside manner, not a care or concern for my wife’s kidney stone pain. She treated us like we were an annoyance and an inconvenience to her. This made us feel unsafe and unwelcomed .
Great facility. In/out in about an hour!
Arrived with severe lower back pain that had me laid up for almost 3 days. Dr. Trina, nurse Lisa were exceptional in diagnosis and pain reduction. Professional yet personable they truly set the bar for ER support. The Norman Regional Moore Emergency Room team is top shelf. Thank you for your help!
These people here show NO compassion and everyone was hateful just didn’t care had no bedside manner at all my daughter was extremely scared and devastated and they treated her like she was nothing didn’t give results I’m soo upset
