If you ever have an emergency, just be prepared for a great great experience and to be treated with respect and dignity during what can be a very stressful experience.
If this was the last place on earth I wouldn’t go there. The staff was extremely rude. Hopefully management looks at who was working at 9:00pm. The PCT was at the desk right across from our room and said “they think they are the only patient in here”. No, we were not rude or demanding at all. I don’t care if they had one patient or 50! You TREAT EVERY patient like they are the only one. I WAS a PCT for Norman regional. I never treated patients that way.
Very very kind! The night shift that got off on the morning of 11/29 was amazing. They made us feel very taken care of, and was very comforting as we were worried about our 2 year old getting diagnosed with croup. They checked in often, and made him feel safe.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Was in and out quickly also.
