Norman Regional Hospital provides the most patient-centric care I have received in living memory. All of my experiences have been far more than satisfactory, some even extraordinary. Not long ago, I was deathly ill and trusted them with my life. I still do.
Lab technicians performed blood tests on infants incorrectly invalidating tests then swapped the labels on non-identical twins. Next day they took blood again and thought it was a duplicate blood sample so tested neither and discarded. I wasn't about to give them a third chance even though they would be "supervised". Is this the same supervision that trained them? If you can't do the small things, you can't be trusted with the big things. Do not recommend.
