The staff are always friendly and they really listen to your concerns. I've actually left another hospital because they weren't attentive, and I came here instead, and they fixed the issue. Thank you! I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement: first, the food could be better. It would be great if there was a microwave so that we can heat up our food if it gets cold after procedures, and it would also be nice to have more choice in what we get to eat. I had a cervical mri done this morning for neck pain. I am claustrophobic but not to the point of needing medication. The mri tech got me all situated, she asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to. She put the ear plugs in my ears and the headphones on and the bracket over my head so I wouldn't move my head but what she did next made my mri so much better, she clipped some kind of device on the bracket and I got to see all kinds of pretty scenery while inside the mri tube.
