I immediately seen for the test being done as prescribed by my cardiologist as soon as I arrived 30 minutes before scheduled. The staff explained in detail what I could expect during the procedure and continually asked if I was comfortable and how I felt. I was never afraid during the testing procedure and very confident that I was receiving the best care possible. The test went smoothly and quickly. Great staff at the heart center!
I had an echocardiogram done. The individual that did did it was caring and did it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him.
Really great experience here with multiple visits. Feels good to experience consistency with a treatment team that cares from front desk to all other staff involved.
My husbands bed was broke when arrived, had to wait on change out. Dr came by to visit, voice dictated during visit, so was very hard to determine if he was talking to us or his computer. We discussed after the dr left, and tried to ask some more questions and were told Dr only comes around once in the AM and then leaves. We asked for case management to come to our room, we needed to discuss specifics about a referral, they never came by.
