A few days after inquiring to get therapy from here I got a call from this place and the first thing they wanted from me was my insurance information. Speaks volumes. No thanks 👎
My experience with Norman Psychiatry has been so disappointing. I was seeing Nicole Bush and liked her a lot. I had to stop my visits to have brain surgery. Once I was healed and wanted to resume my visits, I could not get anyone in the office to help me set up an appointment. I have called so many times over the last year and left message after message with the office staff and their voicemail. I am saddened that they would treat people seriously in need of help like this.
I would steer clear of this place im still trying to recover from the damage they did while i was under there care amy boggs and nicole treated me and it was not professional I was put on alot of medication which I have had alot of side effects from which i did tell her about which she brushed off when i told her I was having nightmares about myself cutting my own throat then when i asked if there was any resources I could use when coming off my xanax she said to just call her and that I shouldnt have any side effects becaus... read more
I've been a patient going on 3 years. The staff is exceptional, Shelby Lucas is awesome, she listens to my concerns. I highly recommend this practice.
