Terrible experience with my 5 day old baby. The LC/nurse Jennifer gave textbook answers, did not want to give me nor my baby the time of day. Treated me like an uneducated swine and as an EDRN I feel SO bad for other patients who actually don’t understand the medical field and get treated this way and don’t know any better.
I really appreciate the great care they have offered to my baby. They seem to have a passion for taking care of kids and most of the staff is highly patient with kids.
