Very unprofessional experience with Norman Hill Realty Inc. During a simple rental application, their agent sent me Form 105 (Agreement of Purchase and Sale) — a document for buying, not renting. This is completely inappropriate and misleading. He also pressured me around midnight to sign multiple forms and gave false explanations about “Schedule B,” which was not even related to leasing. Terrible experience... Someone I care very dearly for was taken advantage of by their landlord ((((who left the country then decided to sell the house with 2 people renting rooms separately))) this realtor was polite at first but turned pushy, rude and would show up without notice and without knocking and scared the women living upstairs Also telling this lady upstairs and man downstairs things about there rights as tenants that weren't true
