Terrible experience... Someone I care very dearly for was taken advantage of by their landlord ((((who left the country then decided to sell the house with 2 people renting rooms separately))) this realtor was polite at first but turned pushy, rude and would show up without notice and without knocking and scared the women living upstairs Also telling this lady upstairs and man downstairs things about there rights as tenants that weren't true
I viewed a home in King city this past weekend. Robert and Andrew DiMatteo were the sales people there. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a rude/odd experience, viewing a home. When we first came into the house, we were asked if we can even afford the home? they said they’ve been having clients come in that can’t actually afford the house.
