I am writing in regards to my daughter’s doctors appointment today at your office. After receiving a steroid injection, she passed out at the front desk while checking out. While, I understand that it is of no fault of the office that she passed out, I do fault the doctors for their lack of attention and care. She hit her head as she fell to the ground and proceeded to throw up. The office staff and nurses were exceptional while checking on her. They rushed to get her a trashcan, washcloth, fan and chair.
