My son lives here. He is very happy with his first apartment. The manager is very polite and caring towards us. The manager (Sherry), fixes all maintenance requests in a timely manner. If I need anything or my son needs anything Sherry is a phone call away. The apartment has no roaches, very nice, the complex is quite with good people living on site. The parking lot and walkways are too dark, making it difficult to see where you are walking or to identify people around you. This is a serious safety concern for residents and visitors. Management should install more lights and improve the outdoor lighting as soon as possible to help keep everyone safe. Another major issue is the public laundry room.
