Update as of Sept 2025: When I first moved in, my experience was awful. The unit I was originally placed in was completely unlivable full roach infestation, no working AC, and not a single functioning burner on the stove. I couldn’t spend a single night there and ended up having to sleep elsewhere the entire time and lost multiple furniture items and alot of money to the infestation, which was incredibly stressful and disappointing when I was supposed to be starting fresh in a new home. The problem is still consisting.
Run. Don't walk. RUN. Roaches roaches roaches EVERYWHERE. Pest are the natiest I've EVER seen. FULL BLOWN INFESTATION. Building 5. Just in the hour a day I go there to vaccum I've easily killed over 100 myself and have spent hundreds in poisons and traps and they're everywhere. Can't even live in my apartment I signed for and I'm sleeping on peoples couches. I haven't slept a single night in what was supposed to be my new home. No ac. No burners on my stove. So. Many. BUGS. Lovely apartment so far. Office staff and maintenance are great. I look forward to staying here for a while. Sherri and Jacob are top notch!
Absolutely not worth what I pay in rent. Lousy maintenance and lousy upkeep of property
