I actually live closer to a camera shop in Indiana, but make the drive to Norman's Camera in Kalamazoo for all my camera gear. The knowledge of the staff and the great customer service are worth the drive. They are also competitive in price with the big online stores.
Big shout out to Adam Strzyzykowski for his patience and helpfulness today! He stuck with me. I'll be back! Great store as well. Love to purchase from smaller/lesser known stores. You get that personal touch you don't get from box stores or from the Internet.
I love this place (kzoo store)!! Seriously the whole staff is amazing and always greet me even though they know me! Matt is my boy! He always goes above and beyond. I will not shop anywhere else!!

Twice I have been stung by Walmart and there ignorant sales help. From now on I will use Norman Camera Center. I had Andrew Carlson assist me in the Grand Rapids 28th Street store. I can't say enough about how nice he was and professional. He is a super employee and solved my problem for only $6.99. Thanks again Andrew.
