Dr Brody misled and lied to us from one appointment to another. He would not listen to concerns about side effects but instead was short and dismissive to parental concerns and observations of patient who was clearly drugged and sleeping all the time. He refused to even talk about changing prescription even though son was being dissmissed from his outpatient program for lateness and nonparticipation due to drug enhanced lethargy. When hie staff member tried to backup parental concerns Brody didn't listen.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
