I do not recommend this fence company. Installation was delayed several times and was still not done properly. Areas of water drainage were pointed out prior to installation but were disregarded by the crew. After 1 month it already needs repairs in that area and they expect us to cover them. This is the second time they have asked for additional fees to complete the project.
I called to ask for an estimate to repair damage to my fence from a recent storm. I made it clear that I could afford only a repair, and was not interested in an expensive replacement. I was repeatedly assured that was no problem, and agreed to let them do an estimate. The estimate I received was for an expensive and complete replacement. Their justification was their overhead. I did not hire them.
I've used Cedar Lane Fence on several occasions and they always provide professional, friendly service. They put in a new gate for me yesterday in freezing cold temps! I highly recommend this great, local company.
I needed an urgent repair to my fence and the crew at Cedar Lane delivered! They completed the repair in two days, and were exactly on budget! The crew was professional yet friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs fence work done!
