Clean and well-kept, but the food isn't very good. Don't get the meatloaf.
Worst service ever, assholes. Never gave me my complete order, I had upgraded my breakfast for waffles instead of pancakes. I kept trying to get a hold of the waitress but she wasn't available at all. When they handed me my check they tried to charge me for the upgrade, so then they changed the price to the regular breakfast but they didn't even give me the pancakes so anyway the waiter was rolling her eyes and yelling and the cashier was worst.
Great to a meal anytime and the service is outstanding
I love Norms. I go to Norms twice a week, the servers are Great ppl. I know every single from the dinner shift. My son named Norms my cheers which is be fitting to Me kudos to Norms and all the ppl who work there!!

We always eat at Norms when we visit Disneyland. I don't know what happened with the guys who gave negative reviews but every time we've been, the food and service have been excellent.
Waited at counter to be served, ordered French toast and hash browns get hash browns no French toast but guy who ordered after me gets all his stuff on time. I guess she didn't need the tip
Horrible! I don't understand how you can call in an order, go to pick it up, they get it wrong, then when you tell them the correct order, they still mess it up! Furious! Over $25 spent on what?!?! Isn't a restaurant where you go so you don't have to cook, so you can get food how YOU want it?!?! I don't care if I have to pay extra, just get it right! We will NEVER EVER come here again!
