Whole crew was outstanding, fast, friendly, helpful and efficient.
I took my car in for scheduled service since I had a discount coupon. They told me that there was oil leaking from the cam cradle into the spark plug tubes, and quoted over $3,000 to fix the problem. They even showed me a photo of a spark plug allegedly covered in oil. I went to another mechanic for a second look, and there was no such leak. Unfortunately, this dealership is dishonest.
I’m disappointed with my experience at Volkswagen Norma Reeves Auto Center. When we bought our car, we asked the salesperson about transferring the title or adding another person to it. He told us we’d need to reapply for credit and start the process all over again, which we later learned was not true. A year and a half later, we found out that the process is actually much simpler than what he explained. Additionally, the technicians here have not been very reliable. Overall, my experience with Volkswagen wasn’t good. Right after I bought the car, the plastic interior started vibrating and making noises. It felt like a cheap toy, not a car. I wouldn’t recommend Volkswagen cars to others.
My second review and 1 star review - wish there was a ZERO star! Norm Reeves will not honor VW's recalls and like the reviews from others, they simply want to keep the car for two days (what? the s/w takes 60 minutes only) AND they said "we're not taking recall service now because we're busy!" DO YOU THINK I'll ever go back? Then they had the audacity to call me two days ago to say I'm due for service.
