My second review and 1 star review - wish there was a ZERO star! Norm Reeves will not honor VW's recalls and like the reviews from others, they simply want to keep the car for two days (what? the s/w takes 60 minutes only) AND they said "we're not taking recall service now because we're busy!" <Extremely Disappointed. Poor Service & No Accountability> I left my car at Norm Reeves Volkswagen Service last Thursday due to an issue requiring a part replacement. They informed me the repair would take two weeks. Since my warranty includes rental coverage, I asked about a rental car—only to be told they couldn’t provide one. The service department performed routine maintenance on my Volkswagen Taos (oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid top off, windshield wiper fluid, fuel conditioner) and charged me $550. Price gouging and absolute dishonest business practice - they accepted my 18-year-old brothers signature for maintenance when he was clearly not the leasee or owner. They don’t care about brand loyalty at all.
