I keep getting reminder emails from Norm Reeves VW to give them a review, so I'll write one here. For me, the service department is dismissive and borders on negligent. My wife and I, who only haveone car, went through a week of stressful back and forth because they refused to take our situation seriously as well as give updates in a timely manner. Been several times for several cards over the last few years. Always a good experience. They try to help the customer find the best $olution$ every time.
These guys are an absolute grip off. They want 3k to 4K to change a water pump.

I hate to leave negative reviews and NR has been pretty awesome however this is the 3rd time I’ve made an appt over the phone to find out when I get to NR in person they can’t take me- for 3 different reasons now. It’s unfortunate because once the service is being done- it’s excellent. Josue in particular is awesome! Ricardo however, is not great.
