The experience was great until today. My ID 4 arrived today and ********************** (Internet Manager) said that if I dont want the car just to canceled my order and Ill get back my deposit. This dealership is scamming people and ruining their credit without the customer's knowledge or permission. I purchased my vehicle from this location on July 10th, signed my deal and was notified that my loan was approved from Wells Fargo after they had run my credit. Three weeks later, they ran my credit 6 more times without my knowledge or permission. I contacted them, which took 3 days to get ahold of a manager.
