Update: My issue was finally resolved by Enrique and the team when I actually went up there. Ultimately, there whole new system was partly to blame for the fiasco and he apologized for the headache and did everything he could to make it right. Was it a a problem at first? Absolutely. Do they have some processes to fix? Absolutely. Overall, were the staff genuinely interested in resolving it and making it right? Absolutely. This entire ordeal is over an item that should be regularly stocked, yet it has been delayed multiple times with broken delivery promises made on at least three separate occasions. I want to explicitly state that a few individual staff members here have been incredibly professional and truly went out of their way to try and help me. Ordered parts and told I would get them the next day. Then was told they would be delayed about a week because they had to order them from another location. Then they were delayed again. but told I would get them within a week. Ordered during a sales event (that is now over) and still haven't got a callback (or email) 3 days after the parts were supposed to arrive. Tried calling but they are just dodging my calls now. Bought some parts for my car. Still havent reveived a status update or my order after 2 months. Called several times and every time I call they put me on hold for 40 minuites minimum. Please dont do buisness with this scummy dealer. You will never end up getting your parts.
Came in for some information and was helped by Ryan Palma. Very fast and gave detailed rundown and information about the vehicle I was shown. He was extremely patient and helpful with all the inquiries I had. Made the experience of buying a new car very easy. Highly recommend.
