Bought our jaguar from there a few years back. Took it in for a service engine light. Ricky was our service advisor. Although they were unable to do the repair, they were able to give me a general idea of what was going on. They didn’t charge me a dime for their services. They pointed me in the right direction for repairs instead of trying to throw parts at it and charge me an arm and a leg. Ricky was fast and polite throughout the entire process. THANK you guys for being honest and helpful.

I gave 3 stars because the did a repair on a recall and returned my car stinking of gas inside. The repair was the fuel pump which is accessed through the interior so it may be just the nature of the repair. I have the car in the garage with the windows open. Hopefully the smell will go away.

My experience with the salesperson CJ was great. However, after purchasing the car and signing the contract, I reached out to the finance manager, Ethan, who handled our paperwork, for some information. Despite calling several times, he never returned my calls. Extremely unprofessional! Avoid this dealer at all costs—once you buy, they no longer care about you.

My advisor ricky was fantastic! Took care of all my concerns and even arranged for me to be brought home while my repair was being done and picked up when they were finished! Nothing short of excellent service!!

I had an excellent experience working with Dwight Doherty.He was very personable and professional. He was a wealth of information on all the Honda models. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions. Dwight made the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend Dwight he went above and beyond.
