Norm Reeves Service Department I purchased my 2004 CRV from Norm Reeves. Since then I have taken my car only to their service department. This is the most honest, thorough service I have ever received from any dealership. The service reps will not do anything that does not need to be done. They are patient, carefully explain what needs to be serviced, and complete the work in a timely manner. I feel safe when I drive. No other mechanic will be allowed to service my CRV.

Purchased Honda CR-V My Husband, Fred, and I just purchased a new Honda CR-V! Mike Hua helped us through the process which is normally agonizing. Mike made it soo easy! Michael Hua - Honest & Friendly I worked with Michael Hua who was very friendly and helpful over the phone and in-person. I was able to get the pricing over the phone prior to coming in and understand their current inventory with no hassle. When I came in person, he took the time to show me the different models by driving them up to the front explaining the different features. If you are looking to work with an honest car salesman, I recommend working with Michael! We love our Honda Pilot!! :)
