UPSET!!! Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos nearly ruined my new car. I came in for my initial oil change on Sunday and today I find out my car has been leaking oil since then, because the oil plug was NOT properly secured after completing my oil change(lost almost a quart of oil). I called today and had to leave a message for the service manager. NO NEWS YET... This is first time, I have ever experienced this at a dealership or anywhere for that matter... DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased 2 - 2014 Honda Accord EX-L v6, both vehicles were delivered to me after signing paperwork with exterior paint damage, vehicles returned to the dealership for a full detail (which was nice) but they caused additional DAMAGE to one of the vehicles by scratching the paint! Leaving the vehicle @ the dealership promised me a rental reimbursement .. lets just say its been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting ... and they are suppose to be #1?
