I went because I received a recall notice. Juan Soto came to assist me and provided me with information as he worked on the paperwork to service my my vehicle. Juan arranged for the shuttle to take me to my sister’s house to relax until my vehicle was finished. I went back to pick up my car and Juan had seen to it that it was washed and directed me to the parts department to replace the battery in my key fob. I left very satisfied. Great customer service and awesome inventory! Entire process took us about 3 hours which is considerably less than our earlier experience elsewhere. Definitely recommended!!
Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was working with Rafael Gonzales who explained in terms that I could understand the issues my car was having therefore I felt comfortable and knew my car was going to be completely taken care of. Rafael even talked with my boyfriend on the phone and answered all of his questions too! This kind of service will keep me coming back to this Ford dealership in the future.
customer service was great but I kind of found it a lil more pricey.
At first, not a good experience. I arrived and was the only car waiting to check in. Lots of staff standing around, all saw me but nothing happened. After 30MINUTES, somebody finally checked me in. After that the representative was attentive, pleasant and the experience got much better. I grabbed a coffee and worked from the dealership at the waiting room. All staff were great. Initially not so great but a great come back. 👍

Do not lie to customers for one. And have a better business relationship with banks.
