Horrible response to issues related to THEIR incompetence to provide a service. RUDE and unaccomadting. Amatures at best. ZERO backup plan in place for their clients when their system goes down. CONSTANT problems that are their fault, yet we get billed for calling it in. It's been over 12 hours of not being able to access OUR server and we weren't even sent so much a heads up or an apology. We've put up with it for 5+ years, we will be looking elsewhere for more reliable service.
Great service, very knowledgeable and dependable.
