They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. No issues whatsoever. The gentleman at the office was friendly and helpful. The unit that I had reserved has a tighter entrance and he asked me if it was ok. I decided to change to anotger unit which meant I had to make a new reservation for which the person on the phone helped me with. So, everything went smooth and no complaints.
I keep getting an issue making my payment and thank you to you miss Joy for fixing it.
Reasonable prices for the size unit and convenient location. Easy access. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend.
