I did call to check the status of my app and was told my appointment had passed but I never received no letters nothing on the portal..I was faithfully checking then right before Xmas I tried accessing my account and was not able to log in so I called spoke to a gentleman which said November 17th was the day of your appointment all I could say is just to reapply.. They never answer the phone and they never call you back when you leave a message. Plus the new website says you can see the waiting list you are on. But that is a lie also. So I am contacting the city managers office and the city mayors office.

I am requesting immediate attention from a supervisor regarding my housing application. I was removed from the waitlist even after securing my spot, and I received no notice at all, no call and no email. This needs to be corrected immediately and my position must be restored. I also want to report that the system appears to be malfunctioning.
